Introduction to Aikido course – starting Monday 3 November 2014
We are running another Introduction to Aikido course, starting on Monday 3 November 2014. The course will run for 4 consecutive Mondays during November.

Introduction to Aikido course is a great way to learn first-hand about the martial art of Aikido. The course is suitable for anyone 15 years or older and does not require any prior experience in martial arts.
The course is not a pre-requisite for the beginner’s classes on Mondays and Wednesdays (6-7pm). If you’ve missed the intro course you can still come along at any stage and give it a go. The introductory course is scheduled to run every 3 months.
