The 7 Minute Guide to Happiness
I’ve been looking for a while for a good, short yet comprehensive full-body workout that could be used either as a warm up routine or as a full workout when repeated in multiple sets.
I’ve finally found something really good which I think is worth sharing with other like-minded people.
The routine is based on sports science research conducted at the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, FL.
If you’re looking for some new exercises or a challenge, check out this routine. It’s fun, short, sure to make you puff and because it’s so well balanced you’ll get great results, as long as you do it every day of course, after all there is no such thing as free lunch 😉
